Cartacea Galleria is a contemporary art gallery representing national and international artists whose practices shape the dialogue between photography and contemporary art. Founded in London in 2017, Cartacea Galleria opened its Bergamo space in Italy in 2023. The gallery maintains a particular focus on vintage photography, presenting works spanning from the nineteenth century to the present day. Its annual programme includes four exhibitions featuring represented artists and carefully selected vintage works, alongside regular participation in international art fairs. Alongside its programme, Cartacea Galleria offers personalised advisory services to new and established collectors, and cultivates close relationships across the international art community.
